Heritage Arms Retirement Apartments located in residential Glenville, New York was designed by the Polsinelli family to provide adults aged 55 and older with a home they can retire to in an affordable, yet luxurious manner. The family envisioned a luxurious home for seniors that would encompass all the warmth of a caring community. It is the philosophy of the the Polsinelli family that most people have worked hard all of their lives, raised families and deserve to enjoy their golden years in an elegant, refined and dignified environment. Founded on these principles, Heritage Arms is an expression of gratitude to generations of seniors who have selflessly contributed to the progress and quality of life evident in our communities. Seniors continue to teach us much about the values of home, family and community life -- they continue in their golden years to be valuable role models to younger adults and children.

We understand the senior population is growing steadily, especially with the “baby-boomers” quickly approaching retirement age. Consistent with that growth is the ever increasing need for affordable, safe, secure and stress-free homes for seniors. We, at Heritage Arms, are committed to meeting those needs in a manner which will significantly improve quality of life for our senior neighbors and family members. In designing Heritage Arms we painstakingly considered all the options and concerns one might have in making the transition from home ownership to apartment dwelling. A lot of thought went into what each apartment should contain, look like and its functionality in order to make the transition comfortable and enjoyable. Equally important is the ambiance of the Common Areas such as our beautifully appointed social rooms, resort like atrium, library, game, dining rooms and outdoor recreational area.
