Heritage Arms Retirement Apartments is an upscale, luxurious, ultra-modern 100,000 sq. ft. facility consisting of 110 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in an elegant, secure and caring Senior environment. We provide a vast array of amenities and services, use of laundry facilities on each floor are all included with the rental fee. Locally owned and managed with round-the-clock maintenance. An affordable, dignified setting you will be proud to call home!

The kitchen in each apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances. Individually controlled heat and air conditioning allow for maximum comfort.

Our tenants feel comfortable and secure knowing that their home lies nestled in a safe, residential area, convenient to shopping, cultural events, Senior Service Centers and churches. We maintain a back-up generator so that in the event of a power outage we can provide you with heat, air conditioning, hot water and fully functional emergency systems. Our building is totally handicapped accessible with an attractively designed glass elevator to service the 2nd and 3rd floors. Our professional staff will work with residents so each individual can enjoy the many social, cultural and intergenerational activities within the community.

Transitions from a 1 to 2 bedroom apartment, or from a 2 to 1 bedroom apartment are based upon availability.

For those who wish to be outside in a natural environment we offer an outdoor recreation area complete with a large fishing pond & ducks, trails for walking, biking, and cross country skiing along the scenic Mohawk River. This beautiful and tranquil outdoor area is a great place for picnicking and relaxing.

Heritage Arms is not an assisted living community. However, if a tenant needs specialized cleaning or home health care services they are free to continue with their current provider or contract for such services with the provider of their choice. The additional costs of these contracted services are the responsibility of the resident.
